We have reached five years of age!
Last Thursday, WelCo Oy turned 5. This picture is from the very first construction site in our history, in Tuusula. Since then, more than twenty further projects have been completed.
Our origin story began to take shape many years earlier, but after the pandemic, in autumn 2021, we officially founded WelCo Oy. Our business idea has remained the same since that day. We develop and build care home and daycare centre projects as design-and-build (KVR) contracts for operators, developers and investors.
Although our journey is still at its beginning, we have already achieved a great deal during these years of operation. Behind every successful project there has always been a motivated and skilled team, who deserve the greatest thanks at this point. Thanks also go to our customers and partners, with whom we have had the pleasure of working on numerous projects all over Finland.
Our mission is to help customers carry out care property projects with our experienced and professional design and project management expertise. We aim to continue standing out in the market by creating added value through more affordable property investment and the best service experience in the industry. Our profitability also enables innovative, high-quality construction in the future.
Tomorrow, our entire staff will spend strategy and recreation days in Äkäslompolo. We will surely also find a moment there to reflect on our shared journey. Thank you once again to everyone who has been with us along the way. Our story continues towards the years ahead!
