In our industry, warranties usually end after two years. Ours keeps going. WelCo Warranty+ gives the care and wellbeing properties we develop and build ourselves a 3-year warranty.
Unexpected repairs eat into returns just when a property should start generating income. Because we are responsible for the project from site to handover, we can promise more. Lower repair risk, more predictable cash flow.
WelCo Warranty+ applies to projects developed and built by WelCo. The warranty terms are attached to the construction contract.
