New care home completed in Lahti

A care home providing 24-hour assisted living for older people was completed in Lahti in January 2024. The design drew on WelCo’s long experience in care facility construction.

Thanks to good design, a wooden care home heated with geothermal energy was fitted onto a tight plot. Ecological choices were central themes of the design, and they also contribute to low operating costs.
