An English-language daycare centre was completed at the end of July 2023 in Oulu’s historic Intiö barracks area. The building’s design drew inspiration from the valuable properties already in the area, so that the daycare centre blends in well with its surroundings.
The wooden daycare centre has a floor area of 800 m2 and is heated with geothermal energy. The energy-efficient and pleasant daycare centre meets strict quality requirements.
The users and the property developer gave WelCo Oy excellent ratings for the project as a whole.
