Ikifit’s Hyvinvointikeskus Finlandia wellbeing centre was completed in the Kivisilta area of Kerava in autumn 2024. The wooden wellbeing centre offers round-the-clock care for older people as well as apartments suited to communal living. The design places a strong emphasis on safety and a homelike atmosphere.
Hyvinvointikoti Kaino provides 30 places of round-the-clock care, and Villa Kaisla offers 27 apartments for lighter communal living. Each side has its own communal spaces for residents. The layout of the wellbeing centre forms a sheltered inner courtyard, whose green surroundings are a pleasant place to spend time. The courtyard also features outdoor fitness equipment.
